Introduction Of Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene Film

- Jul 06, 2015 -

Biaxially oriented polypropylene film (BOPP) generally co-JI film is formed by polypropylene granules co-extrusion sheets later, then by aspect of stretching in both directions. Due to tensile direction, so this kind of film is physical stability, mechanical strength and air resistance, high transparency and gloss, tough and wear-resistant, is the most widely used printing film, the general use of 20~40 thickness µ m, the most widely used 20 μ m. Biaxially oriented polypropylene film main drawback is heat sealing is poor, it is generally used as a composite film outer layer of film, such as composite and polyethylene film moisture resistance, transparency, strength, stiffness and printability is ideal, applicable to contain dry food.
